
Sandra Mathis is a contemporary Southern cook born in Harlem, New York. She is of African descent/Sierra Leone a country in West Africa. Raised by her mother and grandmother, who both were born and raised in Magnolia, North Carolina. Sandra's love for cooking came from spending time with her grandmother cooking together as a child. Sandra is the owner of Grace Kelli Cupcakes, formed in 2017, an online Bakery named after her now 9-year-old daughter. Sandra also formed Black-Eyed Peas and Collard Greens in 2020, an online restaurant.
